Peet’s Coffee recently expanded its Order Ahead phone app with the goal of enhancing the customer experience. Now consumers can save time by ordering in advance and find orders waiting when they arrive.
Using the app, customers can browse beverage, bean and food options and customize each order. The app also tracks purchases and tallies benefits for the Peetnik Rewards loyalty program. Using the app, each customer also can digitally pay for each purchase, send an e-gift to someone and use GPS to locate the nearby Peet’s store.
The new app will roll out throughout 2019.

The mobile app can be downloaded for iOS devices through the App Store and for Android devices from the Google Play Store.
