Coffee roasting industry leader PROBAT, Inc., opened a new industrial facility in suburban Chicago this month, doubling its space.
The new location in Lincolnshire, Ill., provides more than 110,000 square feet for fabrication and assembly of coffee roasters for the company’s growing North American market. The building, double the size of its previous facility, also serves as the company’s offices, customer showroom, and warehouse.
“This new facility is ideal for a market-leading engineering and manufacturing company like PROBAT, which is known for its precision craftsmanship, superior design, and world-class customer service,” PROBAT Inc. President John Fortin said in a statement. “It provides an excellent location to support our exciting strategic growth initiatives well into the future.”
The new facility was necessary to sustain PROBAT’s expansion in the United States market, Fortin said.
