The latest edition to the Probat shop roaster series is the new P05 III, a drum roaster intended to give users greater control over the nuances of each roast while embodying Probat’s iconic design language.
The P05 III is equipped with a number of advanced technical features, including an innovative intelligent control system with extended functionality for a more precise roasting experience and optimum flavor development. An integrated touch panel allows for intuitive and easy and operation. The P05 III comes with several design options in order to customize each machine for each roastery’s individual needs.
