After months going without the possibility to visit and meet in person, Host Milan 2021 – with the SCA World Coffee Championship 2021 – will be the no-miss event of the year gathering all the coffee professionals and companies under one roof

Now they are ready to face their new relaunch challenge. A key appointment to discover new methods, trends, styles, and technologies: HostMilano, confirmed for its 42nd edition at fieramilano Rho from October 22-26 will feature over 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries. Sic International Coffee Exhibition is always ahead of time, with the world's top professionals flocking to test and taste, take part in cupping, demonstrations, and championships, and "touch and feel" teapots, vending machines, grinders, espresso and automatic machines for the hotel industry, cold brew and filter systems, and eco-friendly pods.

Sustainability and hygiene, indispensable technologies such as Iot and Ia, new ways of extraction and presentation: an evolving world is looking for the right recipe to relaunch its business activities and looks to companies that will be able to offer truly innovative solutions in terms of value and quality. For everyone, the reference point is the SMART Label Host Innovation Award, the competition promoted by Host - Fiera Milano with POLI.design and sponsored by ADI (Industrial Design Association).
Among the many events in the macro-areas of the expo, coffee is the main protagonist with its “VII Gran Premio della caffetteria Italiana” organized by Aicaf and ALTOGA and the Latte Art Grading World Championship organized by Latte Art Grading System, and ALTOGA, trends and new recipes will be investigated by the travelling event Coffee Addition.
Don't miss "Luxury Confectionery in the World" by Iginio Massari, an in-person event led by the major confectionery chefs in the world and the international championships organized by FIPGC (Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria).
On the catering front, FIPE will present Ristorazione 4.0, a privileged observatory on digital innovation in the sector, which will share the stage with the seminars of the Horeca Digital Academy organized by APCI (Professional Chefs' Association) and those organized by FCSI on the future of hospitality.
To discover all the secrets of two great Italian inventions that have become world icons, there is also the World Tiramisu Championship organized by the FIPGC and the Panettone World Championship organized by the Maestri del Lievito Madre.
