Milan-based Evoca Group unveiled a new line of coffee machines during its 80th anniversary celebration at the Palazzo Bovara in Milan. Evoca acquired the Gaggia Milano line in 2016 and has since upgraded their capabilities.
Evoca c.e.o. Andrea Zocchi said, “We have been working for two years with a dedicated team to set the renovation of Gaggia Milano and create a new range of professional machines, focusing on the Italian coffee tradition and the best technological innovation.”
