Nespresso and Austria’s Do & Co., a premium foodservice operator, have formed a 50:50 joint venture to open coffee shops in Vienna and London.
“The Nespresso Cafe will provide a new premium coffee shop experience combined with an innovative retail solution to purchase the brand’s coffee capsules,” according to Nespresso.
The pilot store in Vienna opens in March.
