IRELAND
Created by the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance (IFSA) and the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE- Irish branch), the three-day Dublin Coffee & Tea Festival 2015 will take place once again at the RDS Industies Hall, Sept. 11-13, 2015.
Some of the industry’s leading Irish tea brands, such as Mrs Doyles tea, niks tea and Solaris, are already on board. Last year, some 5,700 visitors flocked to the inaugural festival to taste what the coffee and tea industry in Ireland had to offer and a massive 93 percent of last year’s customers said they will return to the show in 2015.
With the Irish palate now as sophisticated as its European counterparts, and a vibrant café culture growing all the time, this year’s show will have the same mix of exhibitors, education, entertainment and competitions. These will include the SCAE Brew School where visitors will be shown how to use different brewing methods; the National Home Barista Championships; and The Food Village for Artisan food and beverage suppliers whose products compliment the coffee and tea drinking experience.
There also will be a series of events with all features open to commercial sponsorship opportunities.
