Probat Launches New Shop Roaster

The P05 III drum roaster, the latest edition to Probat’s shop roaster series, will be officially launched during an online event Thursday, Sept. 17.
The P05 roaster is intended to give users greater control over the nuances of each roast while embodying Probat’s iconic design language.
The roaster is equipped with several advanced technical features, including an innovative intelligent control system with extended functionality for a more precise roasting experience and optimum flavor development. An integrated touch panel allows for intuitive and easy and operation. The P05 III comes with several design options to customize each machine for each roastery’s individual needs.
The German roasting machine manufacturer will unveil the product to the international market using its YouTube and Facebook channels. The P12 III roaster also will be presented.
